Shape band T12 mm

Vlieseline Shape Tape is a flexible, iron-on bias tape made of synthetic fibres, with a reinforcing stitch. Thanks to the row of chain stitches at a distance of 8mm/4mm from the edges, the fabric edges do not stretch during sewing. Ideal for bias-cut or round fabric edges on clothing, accessories and home textiles. Suitable for a wide variety of fabrics. The tape is made of 100% polyester (PA), has the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 quality mark and is washable up to 40°C. Vlieseline Shape Tape is 12mm wide and is available in white and black.

PROCESSING

Place the bias tape with the 8mm side along the fabric edge. Press the tape (do not iron!) piece by piece onto the fabric for approx. 8 seconds each time (iron setting 2 dots). Sew the pattern pieces together just behind the row of chain stitches.
