1. Definitions
In these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
"Website" means the online shop and all associated pages of Molliestitch & sew.
"Service" means all products, services, information, tools and functionalities offered through the Website.
"User": any natural or legal person who visits the Website or uses the Service.
"Account": the personal user environment created after registration.
"Content" means all text, images, videos, downloads and other materials available on the Website.
2. Applicability
These Terms of Service apply to any use of the Website and the Service.
By visiting the Website or placing an order, the User unconditionally agrees to these terms and conditions.
Changes to these terms and conditions take effect as soon as they are published online; it is the User's responsibility to check changes.
3. Account & security
Certain parts of the Service require registration and creation of an Account.
The User is fully responsible for keeping his login details confidential.
Any suspected misuse or unauthorised use must be reported to info@molliestitchandsew.com without delay.
4. Orders & payment
All prices are in euros, incl. VAT and excl. shipping costs.
Payment is made in advance via the payment methods offered (e.g. iDEAL, credit card).
After successful payment, the User will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
5. Delivery & transfer of risk
Orders are delivered in accordance with the shipping method selected during ordering.
The risk of loss or damage is transferred when the package is taken over by the courier.
Delivery times are indicative; we do our best to ship orders on time, but do not give this as a firm guarantee.
6. Right of withdrawal & returns
The User has the right to revoke the purchase 14 days after receipt without giving reasons.
Return shipments are by default at own expense; a return label will only be provided in case of defective or wrong delivery.
Products must be returned unworn, with labels and in their original packaging.
After receipt and inspection, approval will be notified within 3 working days; refund follows within 10 working days.
7. Liability & warranties
The Service and all products are offered "as is", without any (implied) warranties.
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Our liability is at all times limited to the invoice amount of the respective order.
8. Intellectual property
All rights to the Website and Content belong to Molliestitch & sew or its licensors.
No Content may be copied, distributed or edited without express written permission.
9. Privacy & cookies
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are used on the Website; please see our Cookie Statement for details and opt-out options.
10. Changes & updates
We reserve the right to change the Service, prices, stock and conditions at any time.
We will inform Users of important changes via email or an announcement on the Website.
11. Termination
If these terms are violated, we may terminate access to the Service immediately.
Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations.
12. Disputes & applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the competent court in Antwerp, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
