Return policy
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.
Conditions for returns
The item must be in unused condition, with all labels still attached and in its original packaging.
You will need proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Costs and return label
Returns are at your own expense.
We will only send a return label free of charge if the item is faulty or we have mistakenly delivered the wrong product. In all other cases, you pay the shipping costs yourself.
How to request a return
Send an e-mail to info@molliestitchandsew.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number and the reason for return.
For returns due to damage or wrong delivery, you will receive a return label and instructions free of charge within 1 working day.
In other cases, you will receive a confirmation with instructions within 1 working day; you will have to charge the shipping costs to the sender yourself.
Pack the item carefully and hand it in to the post or courier within 7 days of receiving the shipping sticker or label.

Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Inspection on receipt
Check your parcel immediately upon delivery. Report defects, damages or wrong deliveries within 48 hours of receipt via info@molliestitchandsew.com so that we can resolve the problem quickly.

Personalised or customised products
Beauty and care products with broken seals
Hazardous or flammable materials
Sale items and gift vouchers

Exchanges
The quickest way is to return the original article and then place a new order for the desired product. This way you will receive the new item the fastest.
Legal cooling-off period EU (additional 14 days)
Notwithstanding the above, under EU law you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving reasons. The conditions for condition and packaging are the same as our regular return policy.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive notification of approval within 3 working days.
After approval, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may charge a few extra days for processing.
