1. Shipping from Belgium
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed in your shopping cart during checkout.
Cost depends on:
Destination country (address or delivery point)
Weight & dimensions of your order
Selected shipping method
3. Delivery options
You can choose from when placing your order:
Delivery to your (home) address
Delivery to a delivery point (e.g. PostNL Point, DHL ServicePoint, bpost pick-up point)
4. Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 working days after payment.
During peak times (e.g. holidays, clearance sales) the processing time can be up to 3 working days.
5. Delivery times
Within Belgium: 1-2 working days after processing
Rest of the EU: 2-5 working days after processing
Outside the EU: 5-14 working days, depending on customs clearance and local service providers
Please note that delivery times mentioned are indicative. We are not liable for delays due to force majeure, customs or carriers.
6. Track & Trace
After shipment you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace code and link.
Use it to easily follow the delivery of your parcel.
7. Incorrect or incomplete address details
Always check your delivery address or delivery point carefully at checkout.
Parcels that cannot be delivered because of incorrect data will be returned to you, and you will have to pay the return costs.
8. Insurance & liability
Shipments are insured until delivery at the specified address or delivery point.
Please report damage or loss within 48 hours of expected delivery date via info@molliestitchandsew.com so we can help you with a claim quickly.
9. Customs, duties & taxes
For shipments outside the EU, customs fees, import duties or local taxes may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not charged or collected by Molliestitch & sew.
10. Carriers
We work with reliable partners such as bpost, DHL, PostNL and UPS. The selected carrier will be listed in your shipping confirmation.
