Bag of 20 needles no. 7
Short and with a slightly rounded eye, ideal for patchwork or tight fabrics.
The needles are ideal for quilting, a technique associated with patchwork. They make stuffing easier, among other things. The needle does not have to be long, as the technique is not the same as with a standard stitch: the needle is pushed horizontally into the fabric with very little space between the stitches. They are generally used on 100% patchwork cotton, but can be used on all fabrics by adjusting the needle number. They are usually used with quilting thread (stronger than traditional thread). A BOHIN needle stands for unparalleled perfection.
Made in France from nickel-plated steel, these needles go through 27 production stages, guaranteeing unparalleled gliding properties and an impeccable point.
The numbering corresponds to the size of the needles, with No. 3 being the longest and thickest, and No. 12 being the shortest and thinnest of the series.
